Created and edited short form content for a university faculty, focusing on making educational institution content feel lighter, more relatable, and easier to consume on social media. One of the main challenges was the limited amount of available footage, while the content still needed to feel connected to the faculty and relevant to the audience. To solve this, I focused on building the video through clean pacing, simple visual structure, relatable messaging, and supporting elements that made the content feel more complete without needing too many raw assets. The editing direction was kept light, informative, and easy to follow. I also added a natural sounding AI voiceover with a more TikTok friendly delivery, so the content could feel less formal and more aligned with how audiences consume short-form videos today. The first Reels content using this approach reached 50K+ views organically in less than a week and has grown to 95K+ organic views to date. The result showed that even institutional content can perform well organically when the topic is timely, relatable, and packaged in a format that matches what the audience needs at that moment.
